Terri Favata is an outstanding Realtor, working with her was simply amazing. Besides being very knowledgeable and professional her communication skills are great. And she did not stop after the sale, she kept following up to make sure everything was completed and to make sure everyone was satisfied. It was a real pleasure working with Tony. We found the home of our dreams on a Sunday morning and Tony was able to show it to us a few hours later and by that evening we made an offer. He was very quick to respond to any questions/ concerns that we had and worked diligently to make sure that every aspect of the deal was addressed in a timely fashion. Lori helped us find our home in 2015. She was wonderful to work with, easy to get in touch with, and made the homebuying process relatively painless. We moved from a long distance so most paperwork was done via email. Any time there was new information, Lori would call/email/text very quickly. She was always prompt in her response to any questions we had or any homes we wanted to look at. Her caring personality along with her real estate knowledge makes her an excellent agent.
