Find Your New Home.

Terri was caring, professional and we are so happy that she was our agent. She made us feel that our needs were most important. She is tops.

It was a real pleasure working with Tony. We found the home of our dreams on a Sunday morning and Tony was able to show it to us a few hours later and by that evening we made an offer. He was very quick to respond to any questions/ concerns that we had and worked diligently to make sure that every aspect of the deal was addressed in a timely fashion. Not only is Tony very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to real estate he also has a great personality and gets to know what his clients want and need. I would/will definitely refer Tony to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.

We are still in the process of working with Terri Favata so I can't comment on all aspects, but so far we've been really happy with her service! She has responded promptly to all of our texts and emails and has been on time to show houses and neighborhoods every time!!

Tony was the best choice for a realtor we could have made. Our home was listed and sold within 4 months! He was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or issues that arised. My husband and I will use Tony again in the future for all of my real estate needs!!

Terri Favata is an excellent realtor and a great resource when purchasing or selling your home. She is well aware of local areas and will help you get exactly what you ask for. What questions you may have, she will have the answer.

I had a very good experience working with Tony. He patiently showed me houses until I finally settled on one. Then stayed in touch with the seller until we reached settlement.

We were new to Delaware, relocating from out of state. Terri was very helpful with helping us decide which towns in Delaware would suit our needs. Terri always made herself available for whenever we would be in DE. We purchased a short-sale and Terri was very patient and knowledgable with the process, since this type of home purchase was a new experience for us. We had so many questions and Terri was able to answer each and every one. Terri made us feel as tho we were her only clients.

Mr. Favata expertly guided me through selling my home quickly. He is very knowledgeable and promptly responded to all of my questions. I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a realtor.

Terri was attentive and helpful during our entire home buying process. We were so pleased to have worked with an individual who was as invested in us finding and settling on the best home for our family as we were.

Tony chose the perfect house for us! He carefully listened to our ever-changing list of houses and took us to see all of them; however, when we let him choose, we found our new home. Through the entire process, Tony stayed in constant contact with us. When there were some struggle points in getting to settlement on the house we were selling and the one we were buying, he kept us informed and advised what our next steps should be. Tony remained calm, professional and quickly answered all my questions and explained everything that was happening. I will definitely use Tony again!

Lori was instrumental in helping me purchase my current home. Her extensive knowledge and step-by-step guidance made navigating the complex home-buying process much more manageable. Having someone who remains calm and steady during such a stressful life event was invaluable. What impressed me most was her patient, no-pressure approach. She gave me the time and space I needed to make informed decisions without any pushy sales tactics. Her genuine, consultative style is refreshing in an industry where you often encounter aggressive, "used car salesperson" vibes. Lori truly has her clients' best interests at heart. I would highly recommend her as your realtor.
